    On the day your order is shipped, you will receive your parcel number and the carrier link by email, allowing you to track the delivery steps. Our customer service team is also available to check the status and progress of your order.

  • You have 24 hours after your order is confirmed to request a change (product, quantity, details, etc.).

    After this period, the order goes into preparation and can no longer be changed.

    👉 Exception: if there is an error in the delivery address, contact us quickly by email or via WhatsApp — we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

  • You have 24 hours after your order is confirmed to request a cancellation or a change by contacting our Customer Service by email or via WhatsApp, stating your order number.

    Within 24 hours of placing your order

    If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

    After the 24-hour period

    As some orders are prepared and shipped quickly, it is generally no longer possible to cancel them after this period.

    However, you can still contact us; if the parcel has not yet left our warehouses, we will do our best to help.

    After receiving your order

    You have 30 days from receipt of the product to request a free return.

    After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • We deliver worldwide, with free shipping on all our products.

    When placing an order, the available countries are displayed automatically at checkout.

    If your destination is not listed or if a message indicates that shipping is not available, please contact our Customer Service team by email or via WhatsApp.

    We will do what’s necessary to arrange shipping to your country.

  • Payment is processed via a fully secure interface.

    We accept the following major payment methods:

    • PayPal
    • Klarna (pay in instalments, subject to eligibility)
    • Bancontact, iDEAL and EPS depending on your country

    For business orders or large amounts, payment by bank transfer can also be considered.

  • Yes. Payment in instalments is currently available via Klarna, subject to eligibility based on your country and the order amount.

    Other split-payment solutions will be offered soon to provide even more flexibility for our customers.

  • Yes. For sales made within the European Union, business customers can benefit from tax-free invoicing.

    When placing an order, simply enter your intra-Community VAT number.

    If it is valid, VAT is automatically accounted for under the reverse-charge mechanism and deducted from your order total.

Delivery & returns

  • Worldwide shipping is free, regardless of the size or total amount of your order.

    No additional fees apply, even for bulky items.

    Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product size and destination.

    This information is provided directly on each product page, in the technical specifications.

    After dispatch, our shipping partners will contact you to arrange delivery when necessary.

  • Not necessarily. Depending on product availability, how they are made, and their volume, some items may be shipped separately.

    Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and in the order summary before payment.

    When your order is shipped in multiple shipments, you receive tracking for each shipment, with separate tracking numbers so you can follow each package with full transparency.

  • We provide delivery for all of our lighting fixtures, including large models, free of charge, worldwide.

    To ensure optimal protection during transport, each product is carefully packed with:

    • reinforced cushioning materials (protective foam),
    • several layers of heavy-duty cardboard when necessary,
    • packaging adapted to the weight and dimensions of the light fixture.

    Depending on the size of the item and the carrier, an appointment may be arranged before delivery.

    Everything is done to ensure your light fixture arrives in perfect condition, safely and securely.

  • You can request a change to your delivery address by contacting our Customer Service by email or via WhatsApp, as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

    Once your light fixture has been shipped and the tracking number provided, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to change the delivery address.

  • We take special care with the packaging and protection of our light fixtures to prevent any incident during transport.

    Despite all these precautions, it may exceptionally happen that a parcel is damaged during delivery.

    If your light fixture arrives damaged, we invite you to contact us promptly by email or via WhatsApp, sending photos of the product and the packaging.

    Two options are then available to you, depending on your preference:

    • free reshipment of a new light fixture,
    • or a full refund of your order.

    Our team will support you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

  • Your satisfaction is our priority.

    If an item doesn’t suit you, you can return it easily and free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

    To initiate a return, simply contact our Customer Service team by email, stating your order number.

    Our team will process your request within 24 hours and send you a prepaid return label.

    You will then just need to drop off the parcel at the nearest drop-off point.

    Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Yes, all our items come with a two-year warranty. It covers manufacturing defects and material defects under normal use.

  • Yes, customization is available on a selection of our exceptional pieces. In particular, you can choose:

    • The base finish.
    • The cable length (for lighting fixtures).
    • The product color.
    • The brightness level and color temperature (warm white, cool white, etc.).

  • Our light fixtures use LED technology and offer different options to shape the mood of your interior:

    • Warm Light (2700K - 3000K): It casts an amber, enveloping glow. It’s the ideal choice for creating a cosy, intimate feel in a bedroom or a warm living room.
    • Neutral Light (4000K): It reproduces the natural clarity of daylight. Very balanced, it doesn’t distort colours and is perfectly suited to active living spaces, kitchens, or offices.
    • Cool Light (5000K and above): It delivers a pure white, almost bluish look—very modern. It’s preferred for precision lighting or for highlighting architectural details and materials such as glass or metal.
    • Tri-colour Option: Some models let you switch between these three colour temperatures as you like.
    • Dimmable Option (adjustable): Lets you vary the brightness with a simple gesture thanks to an included remote control, moving from functional lighting to a softer, dimmed ambience.

Product maintenance

  • Use a dry microfiber cloth, or one that is very slightly damp (lukewarm water and white vinegar if needed). Wipe immediately to prevent limescale marks.

  • Dust only the external surfaces. Never clean the LEDs directly. Make sure the light fixture is switched off and cool before any work.

  • A soft, dry cloth is enough. Avoid abrasive household cleaners that could scratch the surface or damage the structure’s patina.

  • Use a clean microfiber cloth. For a deeper clean, use lukewarm water with a mild soap, then dry immediately to preserve all the crystal’s shine.
